By creating an account or using Voyakai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Voyakai is a vacation planning tool that helps you organize trips, flights, hotels, activities, and generate AI-powered itineraries.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

Voyakai uses Google Gemini AI to generate itineraries, activity suggestions, and hotel recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated information. Always verify important details (opening hours, prices, availability) independently before making bookings.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google Maps for location data and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Voyakai is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

6. No Booking Liability

Voyakai is a planning tool, not a travel agency. We do not sell, book, or guarantee any flights, hotels, or activities. Any booking links are provided for convenience only. We are not liable for any issues arising from bookings made through third-party providers.

7. Tokens and Payments

Certain features require tokens, which may be obtained for free (limited) or purchased via Stripe. Purchased tokens are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change token pricing at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Voyakai and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your trip data and content remain yours.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyakai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.
